Guidance (MSCA) Missouri School Counselor Association is an organization of professionals dedicated to helping the students of Missouri. To facilitate that goal, MSCA provides a communications network with colleagues across the state, conferences, workshops, legislative and public relations activities, newsletters, journals, and many other services as well as close contact with the State Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Membership is open to counselors at all levels, elementary through post-secondary, as well as those in private practice. |
