Special Needs (MSNA) MSNA consists of persons interested in service to Missouri's special needs population which includes students who are disadvantaged and students with disabilities in the state. This group could consist of Counselors, Basic Skills Instructors, Vocational Resource Educators, Supplemental/Vocational Preparation Instructors and Evaluators. |
